• Chemical cleaning and vacuuming the following components:

  • Main switchboard

  • Emergency switchboard

• Check and fasten all connections, wire terminals, bolts and nuts for the bus bars and instruments. Check

      for signs of over-heating.

 

• Remove Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) units and Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) to workshop for overhaul and

      Calibration.

• Disconnect and calibration the following equipment

  • Frequency meter

  • Ammeter

  • Kilowatt meter

  • Volt meter

  • Power Factor (PF) meter

  • Reverse power Relay

  • Over current trip device

  • Under voltage trip

  • Main circuit breaker

  • Preferential trip
